By accessing or using Employee Mantra (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is provided to organisations and their authorised employees for workforce management purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organisation’s policies.
Accounts are created and managed by your organisation’s administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software and design, remain with EliteMantra. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteMantra shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
