Employee Mantra is a workforce management platform used by organisations to manage employee attendance, payroll, sites, and inventory. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information that your organisation provides about you, including your name, mobile number, job designation, employment type, and attendance records. When you use the mobile application, we may also collect device identifiers and approximate location to verify on-site attendance.
Information is used to provide attendance tracking, salary and advance calculations, inventory assignment, and related workforce features to your employer. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is accessible only to authorised administrators of your organisation and to service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
We retain your information for as long as your organisation maintains an active account, or as required to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
